Course Cancellation & Refund Policy

If a cancellation is received at least one week prior to the course date, a credit towards another course will be issued. If a cancellation is received within 2-6 days of the course date, a 50% credit towards another course will be issued. No credit will be issued if a cancellation is received the day prior to or day of the course.

A $25.00 administrative fee, plus material cost will be deducted from all credits. Course credits are valid for 12 months after the cancellation date.

If a course is cancelled or rescheduled by NJHPDI, a full refund will be issued.

Continuing Education Credit

Regardless of the registration fee paid, an attendee must attend the course for the hours it is scheduled, in order to receive the continuing education credit, with one credit equaling one hour.

Should an attendee arrive more than 30 minutes after the course has begun or leave 30 minutes prior to the course ending, the attendee’s course credits will be adjusted accordingly and a new continuing education certificate will be mailed the following week.

NJHPDI reserves the right to cancel or change any courses, instructors, dates and times. The fee charged is for tuition. All food served is complimentary. Please note that photography, videography and the use of any other recording devices is strictly prohibited during courses.
